Chief Executive Officer

Jon Dudzinski, CFA

A seasoned expert in bottom-up fundamental equity analysis, with experience as both an Analyst and Portfolio Manager. Lead author of Ben Graham’s NCAV (Net Current Asset Value) Technique in the 21st Century. A skilled communicator and presenter with a genuine passion for the investment industry, dedicating over 1,000 hours annually to continued education. Previously, he served as a voting member of an investment committee responsible for overseeing more than $10 billion in AUM.

Director of Data Analytics & Research

Cliff Moll, PhD

Finance PhD and Professor Emeritus with a distinguished record of published studies, contributions to Barron’s, and expertise in data science. His previous research specialization was in derivatives pricing models and utilizing derivative market prices to predict movements in the fixed income and equity markets. Cliff enhances and refines the industry-specific multi-factor models used by Mr. Dudzinski and by running data-driven asset allocation models to identify optimal weightings in a portfolio designed around the principles of modern portfolio theory.
